• We would like you to encourage event ticket holders to travel to the event by foot, bicycle, or public transport if possible. However, the following event parking options will be available to you:

    There is free parking on weekday evenings (after 6pm) and all weekend in the student section of Guildford College car park. Note that the staff car park is not to be used. The College would appreciate advance warning if your visitors are likely to use the student car park. Please see our website about: Visiting Stoke Park - Guildford Borough Council

    Nightingale Road and Lido Road car parks have free parking for 4 hours (then pay & display) but have limited spaces.

    York Road multi-storey car park (pay on exit) is a 13-minute walk from Stoke Park’s Nightingale Road entrance.

  • The only difference in tickets is the pricing. We like to offer tickets at a discounted price on a first come first serve basis. All tickets are for the same time, and give the same experience.

  • We offer complimentary carers tickets.

    Please purchase the ticket/tickets required for yourself, then send us an email with your order number and proof of disability. Once this has been received, we can issue the complimentary carers ticket.

    Please claim your tickets at least 2 weeks before the show date, to avoid any issues.

    If our shows sell out, we cannot issue any more carers tickets due to capacity reasons. Please make sure you contact us in advance for this.

  • Summer in Nashville outdoors will be open to all ages. We will have a strict policy that under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult of 21+

    ALL children are required to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Children should not be left unattended.

    We will allow a ratio of 1 Adult to a maximum of 3 under 18’s.

    ID Will be required by all, even if you are lucky enough to look under 25

  • The site is on flat land with no steps, however terrain may be difficult in places.

    If you need assistance on entry at the event, please find a member of staff and they will able to help you.

    There is no viewing platform.
