Summer In Nashville is a Family Friendly Event!

Patrons under the age of 18 must attend with their Parent or Legal Guardian and select an under 18’s ticket at the time of purchase.

Children aged 5 and under will be able to attend for free with any ticket holding adult.

ALL children are required to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Children should not be left unattended.

Please note: Tickets purchased from any unofficial channels such as Viagogo, Stubhub and Tixel or via websites such as ebay, gumtree and social media, cannot be guaranteed entry and may put you at risk of being turned away from the event.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason unless in the event of cancellation or rescheduled dates. In the event of a cancellation, exchanges and refunds will be processed according to AU consumer law.

Will I need my ID?

This event is all ages and licenced. You will need to bring your ID if you would like to access the bar on day.

The following forms of ID are accepted:

• A valid driver or riders licence or permit (issued by and Australian State or Territory)

• Valid Passport

• Proof of Age card issued by a public authority or the Commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person’s identity and age

• Keypass (over 18) Identity card issued by Australia Post

There will be a range of food options available at the event, covering a variety of cuisines and dietary requirements.

The bar will be stocked with a selection of refreshing drinks such as beer, champagne, wine and sprits.

Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available for purchase at the event and free water will be available at multiple points across the event site.

Food and beverage outlets will have cash payment & card facilities. Cash-out is not available..

• Security / Bag Searches will be in operation for this event – Any prohibited Items will be confiscated and may not be returned

• There are no pass outs - Once you leave you cannot re-enter the event

• Please respect our neighbours when exiting the event and make sure you follow the instructions of the police and traffic. We’re here to help send you home safely!

• We have a zero-tolerance approach to bad behaviour! If you are causing other patrons or event team members to feel intimidated or uncomfortable you will be asked to leave the event without a refund or re-entry

Companion cards are available for this event (1 x carer per paid ticket holder). Please contact info@summerinnashville.com to assist with your purchase.

The venue is accessible for attendees; however, terrain may be difficult in places. Companion cards are available for those that need support at the event.

Accessible toilets and an accessible viewing area is available on site.

Drop off will be at the main entrance, Wickham Terrace, opposite Lilley Street.
